I was perusing the new audio submissions as I do every once in a while, and the "sound effects" introduction to this song really set you apart from everyone else. I have to say, it absolutely peaked my curiosity, and the payoff was very worth it! I love how I could totally see a chase sequence through this music.

I don't know if Waterflame was an inspiration or not but the breakbeat chiptune vibes really reminded me of a lot of his music (more specifically radiocutter, especially around 2:23) which isn't a bad thing at all.

This submission is a great way to kick-start 2020! If it wasn't obvious already, I enjoyed this song very much. 5/5

Preds responds:

Ayy, thank you so much!

Yes, Waterflame was a big inspiration on this one, Radiocutter and The Chase, were the songs that inspired me to do this.

Thanks again! Hope to see you around :)

I'm totally vibin' with this music. It's a bit experimental but that never hurt nobody.

Very epic!

Woah I like it. It's really calm. I wish I could improv like that lol.

Improvising is something that takes quite some practice :p
I want to get better as well!!
Thanks ^___^

Awesome song man, it's great to see that you got a NG account!

This song is really cool! I'm really jealous of your samples right now. Great job overall.

Awesome song poosac! I am mesmerized by your mixing, it's absolutely stunning. Good job as always! :)

I really like this! It would make for nice background music or something. I’m glad you are making good music after all this time.

(Also, why are the letters spaced out? I’m just curious)

Poosac responds:

for aesthetic and thanks for the lovely review!

First review?! I’m so honored. I have literally been waiting for this song for two years! This channel is so underrated. Your style is so unique and you have been making electronic music for quite some time, even when it wasn’t as popular. People like you helped shape the new styles of music we see with taking risks. Honestly, this song style is still super unique where it combines trap and dubstep in ways I haven’t seen yet. I’ve already listened to this song several times on youtube on awesome speakers. I really hope that you gain more traction from these types of songs because even though it’s a risk it sounds amazing. Who knows, maybe you are ahead of your time the same way you were with overdrive back in 2012.

Anyway, I hope the point came across that I think you are an amazing creator and that I hope you keep creating amazing music!

Oh man, thanks so much for your kind words! That really means a lot. :D
I think my biggest issue is my, admittedly, extremely spotty uploading and reluctance to self promote via social media.

Social media is something i struggle with a lot, I'm not much of a self promoter and a relatively private person and have some degree of social anxiety that even extends to online interaction.

I'm glad that people, like you, found my music and like it enough to keep coming back despite my ridiculous inconsistency! Thanks so much for sticking around and my early new years resolution is to be more consistent in my uploads and be more active around the interwebs.

Thanks again IrishSoul!! Glad you liked the song :D
